Another drawing of Rafael Nadal, my favorite tennis player.

I wanted to draw him because of his smile! I wanted to draw someone with a :D expression for a while now... just to get a feeling of drawing the creases into the skin: it was hard getting to the right levels (not too dark, but not too light either).

I drew it on 11in x 15in watercolor that had a textured surface. I would rather draw on drawing paper, but I'm pretty much all out of drawing paper (and my favorite art stores are 10 miles from my house!). I used my camera to take a picture of my completed drawing. xD

My mom loves him. I suddenly, for no apparent reason (*cough*YOUR*cough*FAULT*cough*) love him too now XD

btw, his left eye is a little to high I think and... looking to the opposite side of the other o.o''

Actually, I think his face is crooked a little in real life. (Most people don't have a symmetrical face anyway). It was like that in the reference, and I thought "Maybe I should change it... but no, that's Rafa." Haha

You better love him too. That's my mission, after spreading Jaejoong on helium to the masses... xDDDD

His favourite player is Nadal too! He even has the same tennis clothes as him :XD:
I like him too, but my favourite player is Djokovic :D
